Account balance replenishment (New UI)

Written by Olga

Working with the user balance

The "Balance" section is intended for managing the user's account in the system. Here you can perform the following operations:

  • check your balance;

  • top up your account;

  • track statistics on transactions and charges related to your advertising activity;

  • check the payment details.

The system supports payment via PayPal, Paxum, USDT, as well as by bank cards (EUR/USD). Wire transfer is also available for legal entities.

The section interface displays the list of transactions for the current user.

Filter bar

The filter bar allows you to filter entries by the following parameters:

  • Date from / to — the time interval for which statistics will be displayed;

  • Activity type — a list of the main types of transactions: Input / Output / Write-off / Charge / Admin Charge / Admin Refund.

Primary fields

The following fields are displayed in the table:

  • Date — the date the transaction was recorded;

  • Charged — the total amount of the transaction;

  • Activity type — action category;

  • Rate — filled in when the system's currency is different from USD;

  • Additional information — extra details related to the transaction;

  • Status — the status of the current activity.

The replenishment process

To deposit funds into the system, click the "Top up" button. A panel will appear on the right side of the screen, where you need to fill in the following fields:

  • Replenishment method — select one of the available payment methods;

  • Amount — specify the required deposit amount. The minimum amount of the first deposit is $100;

  • Promo code — if available, you can specify a promo code for the replenishment.

You will then be redirected to the payment page, depending on the method you choose.

Payment via PayPal is processed manually. After entering the data, a ticket will be created in the "Support" section, where you will receive further instructions for payment.
