List of advertising campaigns

Written by Olga

Section purpose

The "Campaigns" section is designed for managing the current user's advertising campaigns. In this section, you can create a new advertising campaign, edit existing campaigns, and view their statistics. The section can be accessed at the following path:
 Personal account / Campaigns / Campaigns

Creating a campaign

Clicking the "Create campaign" button creates a new entry. More detailed information on creating campaigns of various formats can be found at the link.

Filter panel

The list of campaigns displayed to the user can be filtered according to the following parameters:

 Date — the time period for which statistics will be shown;
 Payment model — specifies the payment model of advertising campaigns (CPC, CPM, CPA Target);
 Country — filtering by countries specified in the campaign targeting settings;
 Audience — filtering by connected audiences: "Yes" — only campaigns with an audience, "No" — only campaigns without an audience;
 Ad format — the type of advertising campaign, available values: Native / Banner / Push / Popunder / In-Page Push;
 Status — a list of all possible advertising campaign statuses.

If a campaign reaches the value set in the "Loss limit" field, it is paused with the status "Loss limit reached". You can find such campaigns using the "Status" filter. To keep the campaign running, increase the "Loss limit" value in the campaign settings.

In addition, when campaigns are selected, a row of buttons appears in place of the filter panel:

 Activate — ad material impressions resume and the campaign becomes active again, if it was previously stopped;
 Pause — ad material impressions for the campaign are paused;
 Archive — the campaign is sent to the archive (Personal account / Archive). By navigating to the corresponding section, the campaign can be restored from the archive and returned to the list of all campaigns;
 Move — moves the selected campaigns to the chosen group (Personal account / Campaigns / Campaign Groups).

Table section

The following fields are displayed in the table section:
 Campaign — contains the following data:

  • Campaign name — clicking it opens the list of the campaign's ad materials. For Popunder campaigns, the name is a link to the landing page that opens in a new tab;

  • Campaign ID;

  • Ad format;

  • Payment model;

  • Statistics — clicking the icon redirects to the "Stats" section;

  • Edit — clicking the icon redirects to the campaign settings.

Clicking the three dots below the campaign name opens a dropdown menu with additional functions:

  • Archive — move the campaign to the archive;

  • Duplicate — copy the selected campaign;

  • Move — transfer to another campaign group.

To activate/pause a campaign, click the toggle next to its name. If it is highlighted in blue — the campaign is active.
 Creation date — the date the campaign was added;
 Daily click limit — the maximum number of clicks per day on the materials of the current campaign;
 Daily budget limit — the maximum amount that can be paid by the advertiser per day for targeted user actions;
 Impressions — the total number of ad material impressions for the selected period;
 Clicks — the number of clicks on the ad materials of the current campaign for the selected period;
 CPC — the average cost per click, calculated using the formula: Amount spent on the campaign / Number of clicks;
 Spent — the amount spent by the advertiser on impressions/clicks on ad materials;
 Conversions — the number of conversions completed in the campaign (displayed as a cumulative total across all dates);
 CPA — the average cost per conversion;
 Earned — the amount earned upon receiving a conversion;
 Profit — campaign profitability in dollars;
 ROI — campaign profitability as a percentage.
Win Rate — the share of auctions won by the campaign out of all auctions it participated in during the selected period. The column is hidden by default (see "Column settings" below).

Column settings

You can change which columns are shown in the table. To do this, click the "Columns" button in the top right corner above the table. In the panel that opens:

  • check a metric to add it to the table, or uncheck it to hide it;

  • drag a metric by the ⠇ icon to the right of its name to change the column order.

Additional metrics that are hidden by default are grouped into the "Info", "Metrics", "Traffic" and "Conversions" sections.

Win Rate

Win Rate shows the share of auctions your campaign wins against competitors. The higher it is, the more competitive your bid is and the more impressions the campaign receives.

To enable the column, click "Columns", open the "Metrics" section and check Win Rate.

Until the campaign has participated in 8,000 auctions, the status "In Training" is displayed instead of a value: there is not yet enough data for an accurate calculation.

A low Win Rate means the campaign often loses auctions. To improve it, increase your bid or expand targeting. If a campaign has participated in more than 10 million auctions and its Win Rate is below 0.1%, its materials may be automatically blocked due to low performance (see the FAQ for details).

Campaign warnings

The system provides a number of hints to draw the advertiser's attention to the status of an advertising campaign. To view a hint, click once on the "i" icon next to the campaign name.

 Important warnings:

  • Moderation — the campaign is under moderation and can only be launched after review. Once moderation is complete, the warning will disappear.

  • Blocked — the campaign has been paused due to a block. The reason for the block is displayed below the hint header, along with a link to our system's rules. To clarify the reason, there is a clickable link at the bottom to contact support.

  • Paused by time targeting — a schedule has been set in the campaign settings; the campaign will resume at the scheduled time.

  • Awaiting payment — the campaign has been paused because the advertiser's balance is insufficient. For Push and Popunder (Clickunder) formats, the warning appears if the balance is less than $17 / $10.
