List of campaign materials

Written by Olga

Section purpose

Depending on the campaign type and payment model, ad materials are managed in the corresponding materials management section. This section allows you to manage ad materials, create new ones, and track their current status.

Opening materials

You can open campaign materials in two ways.

If you want to open all materials in your personal account, go to Campaigns → Materials.

If you want to view creatives for a specific campaign, click on the campaign name to go to its creatives section.

Popunder

Popunder campaigns do not have nested ad materials.
A more detailed description of working with Popunder can be found in the following article: Adding Popunder.

Filter panel

The list of ads displayed to the user can be filtered according to the following parameters:

  • Date from / to — the time period for which creative statistics will be shown;

  • Status — displays the list of materials depending on the selected status. If a creative has been blocked, a "Clarify reason" link is displayed;

  • Next to the filter panel there is a button for adding a new ad;

  • Using the "Columns" button you can also configure the metrics displayed in this section.

When ads are selected, management buttons will appear in the list:

  • Pause — pauses the display of the selected creative to users;

  • Activate — resumes the display of the selected creative to users if it was paused;

  • Archive — the selected ad is removed from the current campaign and moved to the archive;

  • Move — the selected material is removed from the current campaign and transferred to another;

  • Set bids — opens a pop-up window with the option to configure bids for the current creative;

  • Duplicate — the selected ad is copied from the current campaign to another.

Table section

The following fields are displayed in the table section:

  • ID — ID of the current ad and its creation date;

  • Format — campaign format;

  • Category — material category assigned by moderation;

  • CTR — click-through rate of the material;

  • Bids — the bid range for the current banner;

  • Preview/Name — contains:

    1. Name/Title — in link format; clicking on it redirects to the landing page;

    2. Thumbnail of the ad image(s);

    3. Ad text (for Push format).

  • Status — status of the current material. If the banner has been blocked, a "Clarify reason" link is displayed;

  • Impressions — number of ad impressions;

  • Clicks — number of clicks;

  • CPC — average CPC value for the material;

  • Spent — total amount spent;

  • Conversions — number of conversions for each status — hold, approved, rejected;

  • CPA — cost of one approved conversion;

  • Earned — amount earned from conversions;

  • Profit — campaign profitability in dollars. Calculated using the formula: Earned − Spent;

  • ROI (Return on Investment) — campaign profitability as a percentage. Shows how efficiently the advertising budget is being spent. Calculated using the formula: (Earned − Spent) / Spent × 100%.

List of possible material statuses:

  1. Under moderation — assigned to a material when it is being moderated by Kadam; moderation takes 30–60 minutes on average.

  2. Active — the material is running on platforms and is available to users; an active material is highlighted in blue.

  3. Blocked — the material has been blocked by moderators; it is highlighted in red, and an option to view the reason for the block becomes available.

  4. Will be sent for moderation after payment — the ad will be sent for moderation only after funds are added to the balance.

You can also export the ad statistics by clicking the export icon below the table section — the "CSV" button — which saves the data in CSV format (compatible with Excel).
